The colour theme of Hangberg Pre-Primary School is that of the Kingfisher Bird – hues of cobalt blues, orange browns, purples, white and some black.

We chose the Kingfisher as he epitomises what we see in the little children of
Hangberg Pre-Primary School:

Albeit that he is a small bird he is strong, hard-working,
beautiful and intelligent.
And he catches fish for a “living”!
