Fundraising and HET’s Annual Dinner-Dance
The HET team is using many opportunities to raise funds and gain wide stakeholder buy-in: the executives are meeting with business, government departments, consulates as well as community forums. HET’s key fundraising event is HET’s Annual Dinner Dance (launched in 2012) managed by the HET Dinner Organising Committee. This committee consists of 3 energetic and focused volunteers (Karen Temlett, Nicolette Rotter and Michele Harvey), as well as the 2 volunteer executives of HET – Tania Gray and Marquerithe Schreuder.

To celebrate the ground work done over the last year, and to raise funds and support for our planned project for the next year, our 4th ANNUAL DINNER-DANCE event will be held:
Friday, 31 July 2015
at Suikerbossie Restaurant, Hout Bay
from 7pm till late.
As part of raising funds we will run an auction and also wish to have certain prizes for
give-aways. We also need sponsors for the wine and entertainment for the evening. Hence we are approaching organisations and people to assess if you are able and willing to assist with possible prizes, auction items or sponsorship. We do hope that you will consider this request favourably and thank you for your consideration.
